There are so many good things to say about you Brian! and I'm sure everyone sees something different as your greatest strength. To me, it's is the combination of your patience, kindness, and true ability to relate to others. Even strangers want to tell you their stories, because in an instant people trust you - and they're right to do so. In business I could see this as the ability to dig out people's true feelings about each other, projects, etc. and help to bring them around to truly working together and giving it their all.
Unfortunately, I'm not feeling very verbose today so I can't think of any better way to put that, or to put what you were talking about in your blog. If inspiration hits, I'll come back and write again.
Best of luck!

I think you have a great personality that puits peopple at ease fairly quickly. Even after speaking to you just the first time, you make peopl feel like you've known each other forever and are long lost friends. You have a great memory for details and are not hard to look at either...Any field you choose to pursue I am sure you will do well in.

YAY!!! AN UPDATE ;) :p

I couldn't agree more with this. I believe the term is "nothing ventured, nothing gained". A lot of people (many listed here) put a lot into who they've become and they did it without being formally "prepared", which is something I think we all agonize over.

Charles R. Swindoll wrote, "[Attitude] is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... [or] a home." I suppose many of our dreams can be within our reach with that in mind.
